Green Schools Action Day
Action Day for Greenschools took place on October 26 and was a huge success. All the students worked hard with lots of interesting “green” lessons and litter picks, weeding and general clean-ups outdoors. We are very proud of our fantastic school grounds and we hope to make a wildlife garden very soon. We all need to concentrate hard on saving energy from now on as we work towards our second green flag. Again well done to everyone who helped on the day especially Brendan and Dermot Lynam who helped out and Noelle Spollen who gave the Senior Classes a very interesting talk on getting involved in the ongoing work in Killeigh village.
